So, it wasn’t my reflection looking back at me.
Part 1/2 | Over the last couple of years life has presented itself to have some great highs and some pretty devastating lows. Dealing with multiple deaths of close family and friends, moving to a new country, making new friends, leaving toxic friendships and learning about myself has been part of it. I’ve been pushing myself to believe lately that i can always get back up again… and I have.

Part 1/2 | It’s my go-to holiday destination and this time round I created some of my favourite moments from the trip. This is in HIRAFU, HOKKAIDO ❄️
Part 2/2 | It’s my go-to holiday destination and this time round I created some of my favourite moments from the trip. This is escape LODGE and ESPRESSO, in Osaka. It brighten up the end of the road and the neon sign glowed. This cafe/bar is surrounded by these tall buildings, but yet felt like the tallest building there in my mind.

This is a blog cover talking about taking proper sick days written by Alex Reardon. I resonated with me because it does comes at the cost of your mental health, self worth, physical health and in turn forms destructive habits overtime if you don’t care of yourself. It’s tough when you want to make great things, but your own health should be always be first.
Part 1/3 | Despite 7/11 and Family Mart’s having more of an array of options, the novelty of vending machines is my go-to for drinks. It was my personal mission to try as many coffee drinks from them, even if I’m not thirsty. My favorite would be the Boss Cafe Late, as it’s both delicious and refreshing.
Part 2/3 | The whiskey bars in Japan are small and intimate, you get to know the bartender and really try out different types of whiskies which aren’t available back home. Next time I want to go to the distilleries and buy more!
Part 3/3 | Inspired by a place we visited called. Pigment in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. It has “over 4200 colors of pigments, more than 200 antique ink sticks and 50 kinds of animal glues”. I fell in love with color all over again and the stunning interior by Kengo Kuma is an absolute dream.
Part 1/3 | The title is derived from a Chinese proverb 善有善报 (shàn yǒu shàn bào) - do well and have well. It means that whatever you do in this life to other people, whether it is good or bad, the same will return to you. I did a play on this proverb by exploring different drinks and how they can affect your emotions and sometimes your actions.
